A beautiful scene that looks very difficult to shoot. You did a superb job of getting a shutter speed low enough to veil the stream without overexposing the sun's rays! Very well done and very deserving of the win. Congratulations! #2220741

This is absolutely awesome. Almost looks like an animal between the waterfall and trees...guess it's some wood....?

Now, do you attribute your stunning gallery of work to long yrs. of experience, patience, being in the right light at the right time, or/ and the camera you enjoy? Maybe a mix?...Just awesome...work #4068527

Spectacular -- I remember viewing this image before.
I also use Nikon, started with D70. The D2x shows wonderful color, love it.
Please put more images in your gallery and thanks for sharing. #4597841

Thanks for all your comments.
Mary , I guess you are right it's all of those things, some people say it is luck, not so you have to plan ahead of time I visualized this image before I got there many months in advance, I knew all the elements would come together if I could do all the right things at the right time with the right equipment and talent and plan on going back until I caught the right light , which is the secret if there is one. #5244788
