Whence MILK
Uploaded: October 13, 2011
----
At the Pumpkin Festival last weekend, grandchildren, Jeffrey and April (who live in New York City) had a great opportunity to milk a wooden cow. The cow was filled with some sort of milky water, and the cow's udders were rubber glove fingers with pin holes in them!
----
There was a crowd of "other people's legs and feet" in this shot. I used a combination of cloning and content-aware fill to remove the stray legs, got rid of the shadow on the third child's blue hat, cleaned up the cow a bit, and added saturation to all the colors. (see remarks)

Great story, Michelle! You did really wonderful with your cloning, no clues left at all! #9738097Reynaldo D. Reyes October 17, 2011
First of all, this is a cool capture showing very amusing behavior from the kids as they are thoroughly engrossed with this cow and the milking process. I applaud your editing as I know it is a labor of love (no content aware fill in PSE, I think). Lastly, it's great story-telling and it is such an expressive capture. #9740603Heather Loewenhardt October 19, 2011
My goodness you saved this image big time with your expertise in PS. Love the concept of milking a fake cow. Who would have thought that was possible. #9749016Wm Nosal November 11, 2011
