F22 at 1/4 sec shot on Pentax67, 55-100 zoom, 0.6ND grad, Velvia. A wonderful glowing tangerine sun in a sky veiled by sea fog is responsible for the fantastic colours. I have always liked a large percentage of my image dedicated to the most important elements and forego the natural rules of composition to facilitate it , hence the huge proportion of sky to land. The group of trees is vital to provide a strong anchor to the image. Incidentally this is an accurate scan of the original Velvia transparency.
