The barred owl survived the tough NH winter. Now the snow is soft, red squirrels are around, and mice will be plentiful. What a thrill it was for me to have her in my backyard for three days. This summer, when I hear the owls calling to each other at night, I'll believe one of them is her. Thanks for following along.

Congratulations on this Finalist, Christine. Barred Owls rule! We've had several sighting of one in the woods near us in GA. Interesting that it is much darker in color than yours. #11764129Christine Greenspan May 02, 2019
