Tastes of Lavender

~Painted Lady - From my archives, May 2010~
A butterfly's taste sensors are located on their feet - so while they're perched, they're actually deciding whether the chosen flower appeals to their taste buds or not......and aren't you glad we aren't designed the same way?? :) :)
Happy Monday everyone - hope it's a good week!

Hmmm... Imagine what restaurants would look like. Dinning room tables wouldn't need legs, but where would we put our elbows? Now imqagine butterflys with taste buds in their mouths. Would flowers evolve to look like golden arches?Either way, I'm sure you would capture some amazing photos, Val. This one is another example. Outstanding details, including the stoner eye Tammy mentions, and Perfect Timing to get so much of the butterfly's texture. #9370579
