late afternoon - PS simplifier plug-in. What category does this belong in?
Murry Grigsby September 01, 2003
It definitely belongs in the simplified s-shape image category, Gene :0) Nice shot! It looks like a Travel or a General to me? #56266Gene Spears September 01, 2003
thanks Murry! i'm going to suggest an S shape category. The last road shot went in Travel and this one went in General, so I guess i'm on the right track - take care - gene #184484ricky A. riddle September 01, 2003

Hi Gene,Great shot! When categorizing, ask yourself what is the main subject - the central idea - of this image.
When you are considering the Travel category, think "Place". When considering the Graphics/Details/Flowers, think "Line, Shape, Curves..." (as well as details and flowers, of course). For General, think "Everything Else (and seriously Photoshopped creations)".
A lot of people put photos with a strong feeling of Graphic Elements in the General category. So sometimes we let them slide, even though they are best in the Graphics category... #234553

Gene, you have an outstanding gallery, I am in awe of your skills, I choose this image as my favorite because of how simple a scene it is yet how you are able to put special interest into it. Needless to say your technical skills excell also. #6034783Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
