City at Work [Special Effects ]

I shot the original photo using Velvia 100, a Nikon F5, and a 24-50 Zoom. It was a 15 second exposure at F11. I then scanned the slide and solarized the image in photoshop. I inverted the image and worked with levels, hue, and saturation to get the desired colors in various parts of the image. It produces this nice graphic effect.
